In our busy lives, always moving, chasing the next thing, doing everything at once, we rarely pause. Matcha gave us something we didn’t know we needed. A moment of quiet. A moment in between the everyday.

In Japan, there is a concept called 間. It represents the space between. The pause that gives meaning to everything else.

After trying matcha from different regions and farms across Japan, we found many were intense and bold. But we were looking for something else. Something softer. Something you can return to every day.

When we found it, we knew. This was the matcha that creates that moment.

Today, over 3,500 people enjoy our matcha. And while high demand has made it difficult at times to keep our Uji Signature matcha in stock, our mission remains simple.

To bring back that moment of quiet.
